How To Book Your Stay

Weekend breaks are available Friday/Saturday/Sunday – minimum stay 2 nights
Midweek breaks are available Monday to Friday – minimum stay 2 nights
A non returnable deposit of 20% is required to confirm booking. The balance of the rental is payable 2 months prior to arrival. Cancellations made within four weeks of arrival will not be refunded unless we can re-let the property for the same dates. We do not take a breakage deposit but damages would need to be paid for.
We offer full booking protection insurance incase of cancellation - please enquire.
Arrival at the property is after 4pm and the property should be vacated on the day of departure by 10.00am unless otherwise arranged and agreed in advance.
